### 1단계 회원가입 및 로그인

아키히어 설계를 이용하기 위해서는 하우빌드 계정으로 로그인해야 합니다. \
계정이 없다면 [회원가입](https://auth.howbuild.com/signup)을 먼저 시작해 주세요.&#x20;

건축주가 아닌, PM 또는 CM일 경우에 건축사 모집을 위해서는 예비 건축주(개인) 회원으로 가입해 주세요.&#x20;

### 2단계 건축사 모집하기

하우빌드 계정이 있다면 [로그인](https://auth.howbuild.com/signin)하고 여기부터 시작해 주세요.&#x20;

아키히어 설계에서 건축사를 모집하기 위해서는 명도 정리가 완료되거나 명도 정리가 진행중인 토지만 가능해요.&#x20;

### 3단계 참여 건축사 확인

모집 공고를 등록하고 오픈되면 건축사들이 참여할 수 있어요. 건축사들의 참여 신청서와 포트폴리오를 확인해 보세요.&#x20;

* 의뢰한 프로젝트에서 내가 등록한 공고를 확인할 수 있어요.&#x20;
* 참여한 건축사의 참여 신청서와 프로젝트, 포트폴리오를 확인하여 마음에 드는 건축사를 후보 리스트에 담아요.&#x20;
* 후보는 최대 10명까지 선정할 수 있어요.&#x20;

참여한 건축사들은 공고를 보고 설계 방향에 대한 간단한 제안을 전달합니다.

제안서에 포함된 설계비는 예상 비용이며, 실제 계약은 이후 협의로 결정됩니다.

### 4단계 예비 건축사 선정 및 미팅

모집 마감일이 되면 예비 건축사를 최대 10명까지 선정할 수 있어요. (물론 모집 중에도 마음에드는 예비 건축사를 후보에 담을 수 있어요.) 7일 동안 참여 신청서와 프로젝트, 포트폴리오를 살펴보고 후보를 고민하여 예비 건축사를 선정해 주세요.&#x20;

* 예비 건축사로 선정하면 담당자 연락처를 확인하여 미팅을 진행할 수 있어요.&#x20;
* 의뢰인의 연락처 및 정보는 예비 건축사에게만 공개됩니다.&#x20;

아키히어 설계는 설계를 의뢰할 건축사를 모집하는 과정입니다. 건축사에게 설계안이나 도면을 미리 요청하는 단계가 아닙니다.&#x20;

기획 설계나 법규 검토처럼 비용과 시간이 필요한 작업은 정식 계약 후, 진행됩니다.&#x20;
