# 건설사 입찰 참여비 안내
입찰 참여비는 단순히 시스템 이용료를 넘어, 아키히어가 제공하는 데이터의 가치와 프로젝트의 규모에 따라 공정하게 산정됩니다.

### 요금 체계
입찰 참여비는 크게 다음 두 가지 기준에 따라 정해진 요금 체계로 운영됩니다.
#### 공사 면적
프로젝트의 연면적 규모가 클수록 관리 데이터의 양이 늘어나므로 면적에 비례하여 요금이 산정됩니다.

이는 시공사의 적산 업무 시간을 80%이상 단축하여 참여비 이상의 업무 효율을 보장받으실 수 있습니다.
