# 건설사 모집 공고
아키히어 입찰을 이용하기 위해서는 하우빌드 **계정으로 로그인**해야 합니다. \
계정이 없다면 [회원가입](https://auth.howbuild.com/signup)을 먼저 시작해 주세요.
### 공고 등록
건설사 모집을 위해 건축물 정보를 입력하는 페이지입니다. 아키히어의 시스템은 정보의 정확성을 위해 **섹션 단위 저장을 지원**합니다.

**신청자 정보**
회원가입 시 등록한 정보가 자동으로 불러와집니다. 신청자 영역에서 신청자 타입을 선택해 주세요.

위의 타입에 속하지 않을 경우, 기타를 선택하고 신청자 타입을 직접 입력해 주세요.

**건축 인허가 진행 상황**
아키히어 입찰은 건축 인허가가 완료 되었거나 진행 중인 현장만 신청 가능합니다. 현재 인허가 절차를 밟고 있다면 인허가 신청일을 필수로 입력해 주세요.

**주소 및 위치 정보**
도면에 있는 지번을 포함한 정확한 위치 정보를 입력해 주세요.

실제 입찰에 참여하는 건설사에게만 공개되므로 안심하고 입력하세요. 모집 단계에서는 건설사들에게 상세 주소를 제외한 지역 정보만 노출됩니다.

**건축물 기본 정보 및 층별 상세 정보**
건설사가 공사 규모를 파악하는 핵심 지표입니다. 도면의 건축 개요를 바탕으로 기본정보와 층별 상세 정보를 꼼꼼히 입력해 주세요.

층수 입력 시, 양옆의 **`[+]`** **`[-]`** 버튼을 클릭하여 층을 자유롭게 추가하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

모집 일정 설정
기본적으로 신청 당일로 자동 배정되지만, 건축 계획에 따라 시작 날짜를 직접 선택하여 조정할 수 있습니다.

모든 정보를 입력했다면 하단의 고정 버튼 **`모집 공고 등록`**을 눌러 공고를 등록할 수 있습니다.

신청이 완료되면 신청자 정보 외에 공고 수정은 불가능합니다.

### 자주 묻는 질문
모집 기간 단축이 가능할까요?
공고에 참여한 건설사 중에 예비 건설사 후보를 선택했다면 공고는 모집 중에도 언제든 사전 마감할 수 있어요. 그리고 원하는 건설사가 없을 경우, 공고를 취소하여 종료할 수 있습니다.
공고 연장이 가능할까요?
아직 공고 연장은 불가능해요. 공고 마감 후에 건설사를 더 모집하고 싶을 경우, 새로운 프로젝트로 다시 신청해 주세요.
공고 취소가 가능할까요?
**모집 신청 내역 → 현장 카드**에서 우측 더보기 **`⋮`**에서 **공고 취소하기를 선택**하여 취소할 수 있습니다.
